The Role Terra is hiring an internal Procurement Lead to own procurement across all major equipment categories, including solar panels, inverters, batteries (as applicable), racking, BOS components, and related materials. Your job is simple: keep Terra supplied, protect the install schedule, and prevent delays caused by inventory shortages. This is not a “get three quotes and pick one” role. We want someone aggressive, creative, and relentless — able to uncover supply and pricing opportunities the market assumes aren’t available, while still running a disciplined procurement process.
