What you will do
As a Procurement Support Student, you will: Be assigned to a team within the procurement department, with the opportunity to collaborate with other teams/departments.Perform in-depth analysis on current state contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.Interface with internal business clients and external suppliers to ensure effective. communication and achievement of company strategic goals.Support PtP (Procure-to-Pay) activities which may include requisitioning, inventory, optimization, purchasing, invoicing, invoice troubleshooting, supplier performance, expediting material deliveries, etc.Conduct agreement reviews to determine alignment with controls.Perform data analytics and visualization support for contract and/or supply chain administration activitie...
