About the Opportunity
This role provides essential support to the Procurement & Stores teams and the POS Systems Lead, helping keep inventory, vendor data, and procurement processes running smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain accurate Dynamics and POS data, support stock control, resolve supply issues, and assist with invoice processing. The position also contributes to the ongoing maintenance of the Task POS system, supports stocktakes, and helps ensure F&B and retail teams have the tools and information they need to operate efficiently.
About You
You bring experience in data or systems administration, ideally within distribution or hospitality, and you’re confident working with inventory processes, ERP systems like Dynamics 365, and POS platforms such as Task.
