Procurement Support Specialist

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Procurement Support Specialist to join our Global Procurement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential Tier 1 functional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function across multiple global regions, acting as a crucial liaison between internal customers, external suppliers, and various P2P and IT departments. You will be part of a team that creates exceptional outcomes by protecting what our customers value most.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1 functional support for the Oracle Cloud Procurement module, assisting internal customers with key Procure-to-Pay activities, including requisition creation, receipt editing, and error message troubleshooting.
