Looking to be the strength behind seamless procurement operations? As a Procurement Systems Administrator at SHL, you’ll play a key role in keeping our digital procurement tools—like Coupa P2P—running at their finest. From streamlining purchase-to-pay processes to ensuring compliance and supporting strategic sourcing, you'll help drive efficiency across the supply chain.

What You Will Be Doing:

Configure, maintain, and optimize procurement systems, including Purchase DOA, workflows, user roles, and resolution of system-related issues.

Deliver system training to SHL staff, promoting finest practices and effective usage of procurement platforms.

Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and lead system migrations in collaboration with Business Systems teams.

Support system integrations with ERP and finance platforms, resolving data flow, accuracy, and reconciliation issues.

Manage supplier and PO data, close inactive records, generate procurement reports, and evalauate spend for cost-saving opportunities.

Provide day-to-day administrative help, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure data integrity and policy compliance.

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage quotations, resolve issues, monitor performance, and communicate updates regularly.

What We Are Looking For:
Essential:

Experience with procurement platforms (especially Coupa or similar P2P tools)

Working knowledge of procurement policies and compliance processes

Desirable:

Ability to analyze procurement data and generate reports

Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with procurement tool
