Equitable is looking for a Producer Assistant to join our Houston, TXteam.The Producer Assistant will assist with developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the clients, focusing solely on the assigned Advisor’s clients. This position reports to the assigned Advisor(s) directly.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide telephone support for Advisors by fielding calls and handling requests/ directing clients to the Advisor as appropriate

  • Salesforce Maintenance

  • Salesforce Reports

  • Run monthly Annual Review reports in Salesforce & e-mail to Advisors
