CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a well-organized Producer, who will be working on building an efficient production environment. This producer will hold an important role in the production of our games and will help our developers deliver high-quality content.

Responsibilities

• ​​​​​​Support our leaders and cross-functional development teams in incremental delivery with frequent integration.
• Manage cohesive teams around the goals & supporting those teams by teaching them how to self-organize and be empowered.
• Optimize for delivering value, across the game, not just for a specific team. 
• Look for actionable and beneficial improvements. Look for bottlenecks and queues, and apply systems thinking and lean principles.
