Profile Summary

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to analyze product performance and user behavior. The role focuses on measuring impact, identifying gaps in the user journey, running experiments, and enabling data-driven product decisions across the product lifecycle.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large-scale product and user interaction data across customer and internal platforms
• Build analytics around product funnels, conversion, drop-offs, and churn
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) on product and user issues
• Perform trend, cohort, and variance analysis to evaluate product performance
