Job Description
RED is currently looking for one of its clients for an experienced Freelance Rewards Product Analyst to support the transformation and evolution of their compensation and rewards systems, with a strong focus on ASR, STI & LTI campaigns.
Key details of the mission:
✅ Act as a Product Analyst for Rewards, supporting the design and evolution of the compensation system
✅ Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from Global HR to ensure system sustainability
✅ Recommend continuous improvements and new features, aligned with market best practices
✅ Strong functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors Rewards modules: Compensation, Variable Pay, Compensation Statements
✅ Coordinate and oversee external SAP Success Factors vendors, track configuration progress, and ensure deliverable quality
✅ Work closely with Core HR, Access Management, and Reporting teams to maintain data integrity
✅ Manage Agile sprints, prioritize backlog, and facilitate ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
✅ Report progress to stakeholders and lead demo sessions for new features and enhancements
✅ Language: English
Location: 100% remote – EU time zone
Start: ASAP
