Job Description
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers using digital solutions.
- Provide guidance on maximizing the value of products in clinical and operational workflows.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and applications.
- Manage escalated technical issues and support resolution efforts.
- Track KPIs for product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing teams with go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
- Oversee product installation and configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product or application management in healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions, data systems, and clinical workflows.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles, training, and technical support.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English
