• Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team

• Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.

• Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.

• Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services

• Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.

• Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.

• Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
