Job Description

  • Support in the definition of service/capability requirements, design of customer journey across multiple channels, and ensure the product delivers the intended customer experience while contributing to the revenue growth for the Prepaid business
  • Collaborate closely with various teams—including product, app development, brand, customer experience, finance, revenue assurance, IT, regulatory, and other cross-functional groups to ensure the successful execution and delivery of product requirements.
  • Coordinate the execution and perform Product Acceptance Testing to ensure all features meet business objectives, functional specifications, and user experience standards prior to launch.
  • Maintain comprehensive product-related documentation, including prepaid business rules, app business parameters, and channel menus, while enforcing standards for documentation, version control, and compliance.
