About the Internship

We are offering a paid internship for a duration of six months, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. This role provides hands-on exposure to product analysis, documentation, and functional understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

1. Product Documentation

  • Assist in documenting features, business requirements, use cases, and user stories for the in-house tool built for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud .
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

    • 2. Data & User Behaviour Analysis

  • Analyse system data, usage patterns, and user behaviour to suggest product improvements.
  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for better user experience.

    • 3. Demo & Training Support

  • Prepare product demos, walkthroughs, and other client-facing materials.
  • Support product and training teams with presentations and feature explanation.

    • 4. QA Testing & Issue Tracking

  • Assist in functional testing of new product features.
  • Report bugs, track enhancements, and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Basic knowledge of ERP concepts (Oracle Fusion ERP knowledge is a plus)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields)
  • Interest in ERP systems, product management, or business analysis
