What You’ll Do:

• Own the content roadmap, fully aligned with product direction and strategy, user behaviour insights, and quarterly priorities.
• Partner closely with the Product Lead and cross‑functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the product: onboarding, coaching, habit‑formation journeys, interventions, feature launches, and monetisation flows.
• Produce and refine high‑quality content yourself: in‑app articles, behaviour‑change content, videos, scripts, guides, social formats, and video outputs.
• Build and lead a high‑performing product content organisation, including in‑house specialists and a scalable network of freelancers, contractors, and subject‑matter experts.
• Create and optimise efficient workflows, editorial processes, QA systems, and documentation for a modern, data‑driven content operation.
