We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Controller to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, APIs, and product development processes. You will work closely with our core engineering team and the founder, gaining exposure to product-level decision-making, API design reviews, and the end-to-end lifecycle of technology-driven products. This position is designed to groom you into a Product Controller, giving you hands-on experience in product documentation, process management, and technical collaboration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the core engineering team in day-to-day technical tasks and product development processes.
• Maintain and update product checklists, ensuring all features and functionalities are tracked systematically.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation for features, APIs, workflows, and product updates.
• Shadow the founder during API reviews, gaining insights into API design, integration, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable documentation and process guidelines.
• Support quality assurance by ensuring product checklists are complete and aligned with engineering outputs.
• Actively participate in team discussions on product improvements, process enhancements, and API integrations.
• Learn and grow into a Product Controller role, bridging the gap between engineering, product, and operations.

Skills and Requirements:

• Golang: Basic understanding or exposure to Golang programming language.
• API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, endpoints, request/response structure, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate checklists and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and product stakeholders.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity about technology and product workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Open to final-year engineering students or candidates with 0-3 years of experience seeking to build a career in product control and management.
