Job Description
This role focuses on lowering the barrier for players to enter and enjoy our game by optimizing features, gameplay experience, and local execution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze local player behavior and market context to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
Propose feature adjustments and gameplay optimizations based on data and on the ground insights
Work closely with regional stakeholders to pitch insights and advocate for local player needs
Plan and execute in game events and operational initiatives to drive engagement and retention
Manage backend configurations to ensure accurate setup of features, events, and channels
Coordinate cross functionally with regional and local teams to deliver event requirements on time
Handle day to day game operation tasks to ensure stable and high quality player experience
