Roles and Responsibilities

Growth-Oriented Role  

The Product Coordinator position ha ve responsibilities expand from basic documentation and learning automation to client training, testing, and team mentoring .  

Documentation & Communication are Core Skills  

Strong written communication is essential. Candidates must be comfortable drafting minutes of meetings, SOPs, requirement documents, and contributing to online documentation.  

Hands-On with Inhouse products  
Quick learners who can learn the product with in 2 months of time and do basic Automations and Forms creations  

Client Interaction & Training Opportunities  
candidates may be involved in client trainings and webinars. Strong interpersonal skills and clarity in communication will be valued.  

Testing Involvement  
Coordinators are expected to test inhouse products , write detailed test cases, and at senior levels, review the test cases of junior team members.  

Project & Task Ownership  
Daily task tracking, requirement gathering, workflow diagramming, and module ownership are key expectations. Familiarity with tools like MS Office and Azure DevOps is advantage .  

Cross-Team Collaboration  
Coordinators work with Product Managers, developers, testers, and training teams. Team coordination, proactive follow-ups, and process thinking are crucial.  

Platform Understanding & Documentation Standards  
Candidates should quickly learn platform architecture, document templates, and contribute to the structured documentation of features, use cases, and FAQs.  

Learning Mindset Required  
The role offers training in testing, automation, and product understanding. Willingness to learn multiple tools and environments is essential.  

Visibility and Contribution Matter  
Active contribution in meetings, internal discussions, and continuous improvement of processes/documentation are expected from all levels.
