Responsible for analyzing market trends, product development, analysis, execution, implementation, management of risk and conduct indicators, as well as generating strategies for control, quality and sales increase aligned to ensure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. With the following responsibilities:
- Have efficient management of different responsibilities at the same time, maintaining the ability to negotiate between support areas to achieve common objectives for the company.
- Understanding the P&L of the different Insurance products for the development of plans to achieve the objectives.
- Establish a close, trusting, healthy, objective working relationship focused on obtaining profitability results as well as quality for our internal clients.
- Manage a team of product developers or specialists
- Leadership in project implementation based on product knowledge and focused on strategic objectives
