An AI company expanding to the US are hiring a Product & Delivery Manager to own the full product and delivery lifecycle for our engineering team. This role bridges product strategy and engineering execution - you'll help to define what we build, why, and ensure it ships.

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing priorities and outcomes
  • Define, document, and maintain clear product requirements
  • Translate business goals into well-scoped, actionable work for engineering teams
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence and guide product direction

  • Lead Program Increment (PI) planning cycles
