Position: Design Head – Home Textiles (Bedding & Home Furnishings)

Designation: Senior Manager / Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's / Master's degree in **Textile Design, Textile Technology, or Fashion & Apparel Design.

10–15 years of experience in 'home textiles', with '5+ years' in a design leadership role.

* Strong command of 'woven design techniques' (dobby, jacquard, yarn development, and finishing).

* Proven track record with 'international buyers and Indian retail/D2C collections.'

Proficiency in 'Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and textile CAD software.'

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
