Product Designer

We are building a Limo Dispatch Web Platform (MVP phase) and are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to design a clean, scalable and operational system.
This is NOT a simple landing page project.
It is a workflow-based operational platform.
Platform Includes (Phase 1)
• Customer Website (Quote request form)
• Dispatcher/Admin Dashboard
• Driver Web App (PWA – mobile responsive)
• Manual Quote workflow
• Payment flow (Pay Now / Pay Later)
How the System Works
Customer submits a quote request
Dispatcher manually sets the price
Customer receives a link to accept the quote
Booking becomes confirmed
Dispatcher assigns a driver
Driver completes the trip
Payment status is tracked
We need UX that is simple, efficient and scalable.
Scope of Work
• Define user flows
• Create sitemap
• Design wireframes
• Design high-fidelity UI (Figma)
• Create basic design system
• Responsive web design (desktop + mobile)
