Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own end-to-end design for a SaaS product, working closely with product and engineering to shape experiences that drive real business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who treats product design as a craft, not a job.
Core Competencies:
- Product Thinking: Understands business goals, user psychology, TAM/SAM/SOM, conversion funnels, and retention loops—not just UI.
- UX Excellence: Information architecture, micro-interactions, accessibility, responsive UX, performance-aware design.
- Design Systems: Can build, scale, and maintain component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
- AI-Driven Iteration: Takes feedback constructively, processes it through logic and insights, and converts it into improved design outcomes.
