About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Product Designer (UI/UX) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade products . You will work on our internal AI-powered products , partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

B2B experience is mandatory , and comfort working with AI-driven workflows and tools is a key expectation.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand business problems and user needs
• Translate ideas and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design scalable B2B product experiences with a strong focus on usability and outcomes
• Leverage GenAI / AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and design efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the design lifecycle
• Present and articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence
• Stay updated on design trends, AI advancements, and emerging UX patterns

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong B2B / enterprise product design experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience working on real, shipped products
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., AI-assisted design, data-driven UX, LLM-based products)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain your design thinking and decisions clearly , without fluff
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and impact
