About the role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer  to join our innovative team. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building intuitive and impactful user experiences. In this role, you'll turn complex problems into simple, scalable design solutions that delight users and support our growing products.

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery and research to understand the goals and pain points of merchants, warehouse staff, dispatchers, drivers, and end customers.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into scalable design solutions across B2B and B2C products.
• Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
