Our TechOps team has been a vital part of the company's success since its formation 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues. A user-centric approach is at the core of the TechOps team's strategy.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.

• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions

• Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs

• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals

• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
