Job Description

Keonn is a manufacturer of RFID hardware and software products for different sectors, like retail, healthcare, libraries, industry and logistics among others. We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components for any industry. Keonn’s team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs with deep knowledge in fields like radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, robotics, firmware, and cloud-based software.

We are seeking a talented Product Developer Engineer to join our RFID product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Keonn’s diverse RFID portfolio of products. You will work across interdisciplinary teams to integrate hardware, software, mechanical and control systems, playing a crucial role in bringing innovative RFID solutions to market.

  • Design and develop new RFID hardware and software products for retail, healthcare, and industrial applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, software developers, and mechanical engineers
  • Integrate hardware, software, mechanical and control systems into cohesive product solutions
  • Support certification processes and regulatory compliance for new products
  • Conduct testing and validation of product prototypes and production units
  • Create technical documentation and specifications for products
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production transitions
  • Analyze market requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product development, preferably in electronics or RFID technology
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software integration principles
  • Experience with embedded systems development is a plus
  • Knowledge of RF technology and antenna design is a plus
  • Familiarity with regulatory certification processes (FCC, CE, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills andability to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit
