Product Developer

Overview

SWT is looking for a Product Developer to turn our in house designs into highly executed styles delivered to our customers. You’ll work closely with Design, Suppliers, and Supply Chain to keep our product pipeline moving with precision.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly development and fitting process, making sure each style is delivered on schedule and meets design and quality standards
• Maintain precise, up-to-date system data to keep development milestones and critical paths running smoothly
• Collaborate closely with the Design team to help meet margin expectations and support quality product
• Review and manage tech packs, resolve fit feedback, and guide styles through the full lifecycle from initial concept to production
• Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
