Product Development and Sourcing Manager (Better-for-You Candy) — Shameless Snacks, part of eJam Inc. We are reinventing candy—creating delicious, better-for-you treats that satisfy cravings without compromise. This role leads the creation and production of the next generation of guilt-free candy, bridging formulation science with manufacturing execution. The position can be remote and may be based inside or outside of the United States, but requires regular travel to manufacturing facilities and flavor houses for development trials, scale-ups, and production validation.
