Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food product development, preferably in F&B or restaurant industry
- Strong interest in food and beverage innovation, with a good palate for taste and quality
- Knowledge of Halal requirements and food safety standards (HACCP, MESTI)
- Able to work independently in kitchen and production environments
- Hands‑on and detail‑focused with strong documentation skills

- Develop and enhance food and beverage recipes based on market trends and customer feedback
- Conduct test kitchen trials to ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning
