Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food product development, preferably in F&B or restaurant industry
  • Strong interest in food and beverage innovation, with a good palate for taste and quality
  • Knowledge of Halal requirements and food safety standards (HACCP, MESTI)
  • Able to work independently in kitchen and production environments
  • Hands‑on and detail‑focused with strong documentation skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance food and beverage recipes based on market trends and customer feedback
  • Conduct test kitchen trials to ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning
  • Propose seasonal or limited‑time menu items to refresh the product line
