**Location**:This position is located in Leon, GTO, Mexico
**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
**Reports To**: Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain
Gymreapers is growing and we’ve created a new Product Development and Commercialization Analyst position in our Leon, GTO, Mexico location. You should be capable of executing the design and development of products based on creative direction, product brief, and line plan. This role will work closely with the CEO/Founder and Product Team to create consistent storytelling across the brand.
This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with Graphic Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising on a complete product strategy to meet financial targets. This person should be fluent in English and Spanish in order to provide effective communication of the business needs.
