A leading electronics company in Johor Bahru seeks candidates for a role focused on product design and development. Responsibilities include product improvement, new product introduction to mass production, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in engineering with at least three years of experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab are preferred. Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while Mandarin skills are an advantage.
