Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Product Development Engineer - Lithium Batteries based in Panvel. The role involves developing innovative solutions for lithium battery systems through product design, engineering analysis, and testing. The engineer will participate in research and development, optimize product performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute technical projects. Collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure scalability and quality is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and experience in Product Design
  • Proven ability in Product Development and Research and Development (R&D)
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for design and performance optimization
  • Understanding of lithium battery technologies and energy storage systems is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
