**Education**:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EDS (Electrical Wiring), EDS Components, EE systems
**Licenses and Certifications**:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified (preferred)
**Work Requirements**:
- Experience in written and oral communication with peers and management
- Ability to schedule, structure and lead discussions (in-person and virtually)
- Team-oriented
- Self-motivated
