As a Product Development Engineer, you will lead efforts to enhance and ensure the quality of medical devices and components through design and manufacturing. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D engineering, manufacturing, technical service, and supply chain to manage the quality, compliance, and cost of these products. You will serve as the subject matter expert within the quality department.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure products and product changes comply with specified regulatory agencies (FDA, ISO, UL, CSA, etc.).
+ Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Drive product quality improvements by working with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
+ Act as a technical lead, managing significant systems and users, engaging in strategic planning, and mitigating risks.
