- Oversee sample development from initial designs to final approval.
- Coordinate with factories to ensure sample accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.
- Conduct quality checks on samples and finished products, resolving any issues.
- Communicate with factories on material specifications, timelines, and costing.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
