🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development with hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) delivery
• Act as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of product objectives and milestones
• Proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks
• Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive application development using Java Full Stack technologies and support high-level system design
• Own release planning, release cycles, and release management
• Handle people management and performance management
• Inspire teams toward service excellence and innovation
• Ensure delivery aligns with budget planning and support financial forecasting

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background as a Technical Team Lead (Java)
• Proven experience in Agile Product Delivery / Scrum Master role
• Solid understanding of Requirement Engineering & Business Analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Exposure to release and delivery management in product environments

📜 Certifications (Good to Have)

• PMP
• Agile / Scrum Master Certification
• People Management Certification
