This Product Development Manager is a pivotal role within the R&I space, driving innovation, renovation and productivity project delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or any closely related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ (with Bachelor’s) or 2 years’ (with Master’s) experience in a related field
  • Experience with food safety, HACCP and quality regulations and programs required.
  • Proficient in the use of sensory and consumer testing for qualification of product concepts
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply food science and/or processing principles to product development
  • Strong understanding of ingredient science, fermentation and manufacturing processes required; dairy science experience preferred
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
