Responsibilities




  • Lead the team in provide market trend information for customer inspiration (best sell materials, design details, embellishment idea, best sell items , colors, pattern) Thereafter develop samples which meet with customers' expectation and requirements within a T&A calender

  • Work with sample room and use technical knowledge to provide solutions through the sample development process, incorporation of design changes while maintaining stylish and suitably-priced products

  • Work with cross-functional team to establish a design and product development strategy

  • Coordinate a monthly presentation to update the company of latest market intelligence

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 8-10 yrs working exp in apparel industry with min 4 yrs in managerial position especially in factory base
