Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Manager to lead product design and development for our Professional Lighting portfolio within the FMEG division. The role will focus on developing high-performance, market-relevant lighting solutions while ensuring strong alignment with brand identity, customer needs, and evolving industry standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with design, R&D, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to drive end-to-end product development—from concept to commercialization.
