Product Development Manager - Laboratory Equipment

Reporting to the Managing Director, You will assume the management and hands-on development for my clients market leading Laboratory Products business.

Relocating to new offices in February at Northmead, my client currently assembles, installs, commissions, and services Laboratory Fume Cabinets, associated Scrubbers and specialised ventilation equipment. These products are designed to operate in hazardous applications, and of course must comply to the relevant Australian Standards.

In 2026 they will increase their current product offering to include a range of fans and also a range of biological units.

Due to the pending retirement of the incumbent, we are seeking a proactive, disciplined, but creative Product Development Manager to continue to innovate these market leading products, address any smaller existing product, engineering and documentation issues, whilst working to develop and deliver new Strategic Products/Projects, ...
