Product Development Staff Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities Provide technical leadership in the design and development of medical device products Support existing products to improve quality, manufacturability, cost, and supply continuity Participate in cross-functional project execution and technical decision-making Understand customer needs through literature reviews, interviews, observation, competitive analysis, prototype evaluations, and clinical or simulated use studies Translate customer and user needs into engineering requirements and specifications Develop product, packaging, and process specifications Apply engineering fundamentals to design robust and manufacturable products Develop and execute test methods, including test setups, measurement equipment, and system analysis Perform data analysis and prepare detailed technical reports for design verification and product changes Ensure compliance with company quality systems and all applicable regulatory and safety requirements Promote innovation and contribute ...
