Our client, a leading company in the chemical and adhesive industry, is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the R&D / Laboratory team supporting multiple internal functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Development Technician - 5 Month Contract role
**Location:** Bridgewater, NJ
**Pay Range:** $35/hr
**What’s the Job?**
+ Work with multiple adhesive-type chemistry products.
+ Develop and execute lab tests and generate reports on formulations.
+ Perform gauge R&R and other quality testing on batches produced in the lab.
+ Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and compliance with SHE standards.
+ Communicate and collaborate with various internal teams.
