Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Engineer who will take responsibilities of the product lifecycle, from concept and development to testing, vendor coordination, and post-launch market feedback. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, timely execution, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as R&D, Purchase, Production, Quality, Marketing, and Sales for new product development and improvement.
• Support product conceptualization, requirement analysis, and feasibility studies for new products.
• Identify, develop, and coordinate with vendors for component sourcing as required.
• Suggest suitable components and alternatives to the Purchase Engineering team based on design, availability, cost, and performance.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation including datasheets, specifications, BOMs, manuals, and technical notes.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and verification as per defined standards and requirements.
• Analyze test results and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Support pilot production, trial runs, and troubleshooting during manufacturing.
• Work closely with the Market/Sales team to collect real-time field feedback and experimental results from customers.
• Analyze market feedback and initiate product improvements or modifications accordingly.
• Ensure timely closure of product-related issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for product changes.
