**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Define technical specifications of components
- Update technical specifications of existing products
- Conduct execution of design evolutions as needed to match new technical requirements having a limited degree of complexity for:
- adaptation of existing components/product features
- adoption of new manufacturing processes in the context of sustaining
- cost down activities.
- Consult other departments to answer any question on equipment, designs, tests, process.
- Verify that risks are identified and mitigated with appropriate methodologies and tools before releasing designs and prototypes. Carry out risk mitigation process for any new design change being worked out.
