Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer on our team: Executes the implementation of new part numbers and engineering changes required by customers, coordinates assembly and supplier validations, and leads cost‑saving projects.

In your daily job you will:

• Coordinate product activities under their responsibility.
• Implement new part numbers and/or engineering changes required by customers and in compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Propose and implement new systems and products, requiring technical knowledge of high‑frequency products.
• Provide documentation at different stages of product launch, both for F3X and Planview.
• Communicate with work teams.
• Maintain constant communication with applications engineering and design release engineers to clearly understand the product application and its requirements and document them appropriately.
• Maintain constant communication with plant teams to coordinate the implementation of engineering changes.
• Develop and monitor validation plans.
• Determine product validation requirements with the customer.
• Generate validation plans and coordinate the manufacturing of validation samples.
• Follow up on the validation plan with the laboratory until the results are obtained and the DVP&R and/or 8D are completed, as applicable.
• Ensure the results are presented to the client for approval.
• Prepare drawings and bills of materials.
• Make timely requests and manage assembly and component drawings.
• Create and manage part numbers and BOMs in the SAP and GSD systems.
• Create and manage VNA programs for implementation.
• Execute escalation process.
• Have the authority to escalate with the leadership group and/or stop any situation, action, and/or condition that poses a safety or health risk or adverse impact on the environment.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• English advanced.
• Job experience in product engineering (minimum 3 years).
• Passport / visa (must).
• Knowledge in core tools, DFMEA, GT&D.
