Responsibilities
+ Analyze field returns and perform failure analysis and root cause analysis using the 8D methodology.
+ Validate customer needs and complete the APQP process for new product introductions.
+ Develop proof of concept and prototypes, ensuring products can perform their intended functions.
+ Create production tooling and processes to achieve necessary production volumes.
+ Manage projects by coordinating with test engineers and CAD designers to ensure timely completion.
