Overview

Gale helps American businesses get work authorization for their employees. We use modern tech and AI to streamline the entire immigration process. As our first product engineer, you’ll primarily be building AI‑powered internal tooling for lawyers. You’ll manage the full product development cycle for your work, from feature scoping to development and feedback iteration.

Requirements

This role will have a significant design/frontend portion to it as well. Be prepared to write React and create Figma mockups. We expect you to work effectively with the following languages and frameworks:

• TypeScript
• Postgres
• tRPC
• React
• Figma
