- **Product Engineering Management Experience. Fabrication and assembly products mainly. Extensive Product Engineering knowledge. Previous supervision and direction of a Product Engineering team.**
- **NPD and NPI extensive participation. Managerial roles in NPI preferred.**
**Purpose**:
- Under moderate supervision, carries out a variety of engineering functions including design and development, prototyping, structural validation, code compliance, manufacturability, and cost objectives. In performing these functions, the Product Engineer will exercise considerable to extensive latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.
