We are strengthening our product engineering leadership and are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Engineer who can own database health, code quality, and engineering discipline across our platform.

This role works closely with the existing Product & Engineering leadership, sits inside the office with the team, and ensures the product is built and maintained the right way.

What You Will Do

🛠 Own database performance, structure, and optimisation

🧩 Eliminate recurring bugs and technical debt

🚀 Fix root causes, not temporary patches

🔁 Enforce coding standards, PR discipline, and best practices
