Product Engineer

Drives product design, development, and plant support to launch products effectively and efficiently, as well as grow technical capabilities. Responsibilities Understand internal and external customer design requirements. Create design. Communicate design. Validate design. Launch product. Utilize PMP to guide Launch Process. Capture lessons learned. Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables. Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets. Communicate effectively both internally and externally. Apply structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution. Manage program risk. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent degree in a technical field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, materials science, industrial & operations, etc.) 0-4 years of experience in automotive seating, mechanism or structures.
